The unit was clean, bright, and in good repair except for the faucet in the full bathroom. The landscaping around the condo complex was the nicest I’ve seen in many decades of renting OC vacation homes. I would rent this unit again without hesitation. The balcony was private, but lacked a view of the beach; you saw dunes with a peek of ocean on top. If you want to spend a lot of time with binoculars looking for dolphins or enjoy watching the waves, this beautiful unit would disappoint. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

This condo was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway weekend. We were looking for oceanfront, but away from the crowded boardwalk. We just wanted to relax. It was within walking distance of several great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this 1 bedroom ocean front condo. I really liked the decor. Updated furnishings. Lots of places in walking distance. New restaurant/bar Saltwater 75 right across the street.
