Sea Watch 1411 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 14th floor on the south side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0052655

We have stayed at Sea Watch a number of years now. I think unit 1411 is one of my favorite units we've stayed in. We were able to check in early which is great since we avoided the craziness of the unloading at 3pm. The common areas are always very well kept.

This condo was nice but the beds need new mattresses. Very worn. Condo was clean however bathroom was very small but excellent water pressure.Seawatch was a beautiful place. Great location and nice pools. Very clean.

The Sea Watch is a premier condo complex, offering plenty of amenities for young and old! Great location, clean, safe & secure, and just overall top notch. I would highly recommend staying at the Sea Watch, and unit# 1411. My only recommendation to the property owner would be to update the unit out of the 90s. Otherwise, great unit!
I would highly recommend utilizing the small eatery located within the Sea Watch complex, My Place. Great options, delicious food! I've been enjoying My Place for 25+ years!! I would also highly recommend Higgins on 128th Street, as well as The Original Green Turtle across the street from the Sea Watch. If you're wanting fresh produce, there is a Farmer's Market during the mornings directly across the street in the the retail parking lot.
OCMD is a fantastic time, with so much to do, from fishing, boating, mini golf, go-cart riding, to relaxing with your feet in the sand!

The property was exactly as specified. It was clean and felt like home. We loved the location on the 14th floor and liked the view from the balcony. Check in and check out was very smooth. When I discovered a broken lock on one of the doors, a call to Century 21 had it fixed in a few hours. Very pleased and would stay in this unit again.
Very Enjoyable - perfect for my family.
