Sea Watch 518 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor on the south side of the building. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen + twin in the guest bedroom, queen bed in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 flatscreen TV’s, 2 DVD players and wifi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. This property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. Parking: Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30 paid to Sea Watch at check in. CONTROL#0069006

The unit was as described and very nice decore. The owners even left a grocery store gift card with a note we thought was so sweet. Century 21 even assisted with our uhaul and allowed helped us with parking it while we there. Uniit/ Owner and Century 21 were wonderful
