Escape to the luxury of one of Ocean City's finest oceanfront condominium complexes. The Sea Watch is conveniently located on 115th Street and Coastal Highway near shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The building's many amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cinema, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack & soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your peace of mind. This 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor on the north side of the building. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a day bed with a twin trundle in the den (2 twins). It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV’s, and 1 DVD player. Limit of 8 people. Owner pays for linens (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 8 people; includes delivery and pick-up, full week stays only). The Sea Watch Condominium is a smoke-free complex; smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony, or on the Condominium grounds. No pets. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Sunday to Sunday. CONTROL#0037574

We had an issue out of our control at 2 other places. Gabby from the office was amazing and went out of her way many times to make sure we were taken great care of from getting fans and linens and checking in regularly with us. She’s was incredible to work with and stayed positive throughout!

Rental apartment was comfortable overall. There seemed to be , in our opinion, too much extra furniture particularly in the room with two dbl beds. Mattresses in that room need replaced. Carpet in living room is a slip hazard so be careful. The Sea Watch facility, as always, was welcoming and clean.

Sea Watch was a great place to stay. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Bathrooms were old, moldy and mildew. No place (other than the counter) in kitchen to store food, paper plates, etc. Great amenities in the building, maintained and clean.
