Sea Watch 0100

Sea Watch and Ocean City are magical in October! We love staying in Unit 100 and easily deal with the normal wear and tear of an ocean rental.

We love staying in room 100 at the sea watch, the grandkids always ask- are we staying at the sea watch room 100?we enjoysitting on the balcony at night, room for all 11 of us.

We have stayed in this unit for a number of years now and we really like it. It is large enough to hold our 5 grandkids and four adults! The new table and chairs on the deck were a great addition as were all the rockers. The only thing I would like to see updated is the decor. If you didn't look out the windows you would never know it was a beach property. We will stay there again next year as our grandkids love the place. That is if they do not raise the prices to much. It has cost more every year we have stayed there.

This is our 6th year staying at the Sea Watch, and the 3rd year staying at Sea Watch 100. It is a beautiful condo, and we love it there. The Sea Watch has something for kids of every age to do. We definitely would love to stay at 100 next year.

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and very spacious. All the accommodations that came
with the condo were so great.

It was nice, however when we needed to all take showers there was never enough hot water. Other then that it was clean and very spacious. This was our 3rd time in this unit, I have recommended the seawatch and this unit to many friends.

The room is very large, and the views are beautiful. The rugs are very dirty and stained and the mattress pads and pillows all have yellow stains on them. Several lights were burned out and the bathroom fixtures are corroded or rusty. Overall it was a nice stay, the unit just needs a little attention.

I rented two units. Unit 100 was the largest. The air conditioning in the living room did not work. I reported it and was told the repair person would not be back until May of next year. I could not believe that the state of Maryland has only one airconditioning repair person.....the washing machine did not work......again one person only in Maryland to repair the machine until the following this unit there were 11 of us....good thing I rented unit 1118 that is where we did our daily laundry. Had to reduce the dishes....they had food on them

We loved this unit--worked perfectly for us. The view from the deck is great. We loved that we could walk down to the beach without using the elevator.

The kitchen and living spaces are wonderful--great for cooking, eating and hanging out.

We were ready to fill out our form to rent again next year after the first night.

Sea Watch 100 is the perfect place to stay with a large family. The rooms are spacious and the living room and kitchen are great for gathering.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The view even more so . Fully stocked with everything . Was perfect for our family of 8 for thanksgiving dinner . Will try and rent next year also . Just remember with the panademic to going your own comforters and pillows , which we didn’t think of . Roses was a block away so we were able (cheaply ) pick some up .

We thought we would be disappointed with our first stay at Sea Watch during the CoVid restrictions but it was delightful! The early October weather even cooperated enough to have some beach days. We can’t wait until next year to experience all the amenities and appreciate the magnificent views from every room!
