The space was great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. While they were very small it was nice to have more than one. A washer and dryer was a huge perk, however, you'll have to do the dry cycle at least 4 times because it does not dry too well. I feel that the unit could have been cleaned a little better. There were bugs and cobwebs in the corner of the dining room. Food and other things were found under the couch and behind dressers. Location was amazing! I would've loved to have had a key for our back door to access the boardwalk easier. Find a new cleaning crew and this place is great!

The condo had a great location, plenty of space & was clean upon checking in. Only minor issues which were resolved right away. First was wifi which we had to use 108 cause 109 wasnt excepting password. Struggled to get tv's to work with infinity but after numerous attempts finally got all tvs to work. i would recommend a plunger as There was none in any of bathrooms or closests. Lastly they kept putting garbage can in front of parking spot which i had to move almost everyday. We had a great stay overall & if we lived closer would definitely rent on a yearly basis.

They had such a great time. Our rental was more than what I could’ve possibly expected. We were literally right on the board and inches from all the action. My children are adults now, so everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. It was reasonable and worth every penny for the trip

We always have the BEST time on this yearly trip! Our family has stayed at Columbus Villa for MANY YEARS now and having the ability for our growing family to now rent the top unit was a very key part of being able to continue this tradition. Being ocean front and steps away from all the fun the boardwalk has to offer also makes this rental a no brainer! Can not wait until next year!

Amazing oceanfront views of sunrise & beach !! I’m a boardwalk watcher, and tram stops directly downstairs for our older family members to conveniently use. Spacious & clean with four bedrooms, each with full bath. Lovely kitchen ........ Can’t recommend this vacation destination enough !!
