The Century I Condominium is an oceanfront building on 99th Street and Coastal Highway. All condominium units are oceanfront split-level townhouses with beautiful ocean and bay views. Every unit features an oceanfront balcony. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Century I, including an enclosed pool, large oceanfront sundeck, a health club with a sauna, high-speed elevators, and free WiFi for all registered guests, accessible from all units.
Century I 1020 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 10th floor. You enter on the ocean-side of the building and go downstairs to the main floor. There is a king bed in the oceanfront master bedroom (upstairs), and a queen bed and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom (downstairs). Enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views from your oceanfront living room balcony, and watch stunning sunsets on the bay from your downstairs bedroom balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, and 1 DVD player. Just a few blocks away is a large grocery store, discount department store, and some excellent restaurants, whether you’re looking for fine dining or just a quick bite! No smoking and no pets. Parking for 1 car. Limit of 6 people. $50 Building Registration Fee due at arrival (cash or credit). You can purchase 2nd car parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis for $10 a day, a Seven night stay will be $70.. Additional parking is also available in the Municipal Parking Lot directly across the street, also for $10 a day or $50 a week. This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. CONTROL#0061111

This was a last minute trip to Ocean City 10/4-9. Century 21 New Horizon booked this unit at about 11 A.M. for a late arrival the same evening. There were no payment or paperwork issues and everything was waiting in the drop box when we got there. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and were very quick to respond to calls or emails. The unit itself could use some updates, mainly bathrooms! The 10th floor can't be beat for the views of the ocean and bay, along with watching the car show cruising. I would definitely recommend Century 21 New Horizon but would probably look for a different unit in the same building. All in all it was a great long weekend with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, harvest moon and bonus of the car show we knew nothing about! Great time of the year to visit!

Rented through Century 21 each of the the last several years. Always a good experience and a clean well equipt unit. Pleasant agents and staff always find more than suitable facility.
The best part of my vacation was spending it with my husband and two sons. having the view of the ocean everyday and hearing the waves at night while I fell asleep at night.
