Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!
Braemar 1408 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the South tower. There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleep sofa. twin sleeper in ottoman and twin sleeper in chair in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen (with a dishwasher and a standard drip-style coffee maker), a washer/dryer, central air, 2 flat-screen TV's and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) Owner provides a fully stocked beach locker with chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a skimboard. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. The condo was great!!! Modern appliances, good furniture, all cooking tools and utensils that we needed were there. Awesome balcony and the ocean view.
Really enjoyed our stay. Coming back next year.

owner had most furniture roped together and unable to use. we spoke to manager and she said to cut the rope to USE it and si we did. the owner was not happy. furniture too big for bedroom bed too high trashcans too small.

Had a few issues. The AC was not working correctly and the pool was very dirty looks as it was not maintained correctly. So I will be looking for a new building next year. But my week was very nice.
