Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis & pickle-ball courts, a game room and fitness center. This is the best location for quick access to pool and beach. Being on the 3rd floor, you can just go up/down the stairs if you forget anything on the beach. The beach locker is great so you don’t have to lug everything up and down from your room. The pool is just one level down. Two balconies give you great views of both the pool and the beach. Really nice spot.

The property is perfect since is fronts the ocean and you have a pool view from the side. Close to restaurants and grocery store so you can walk everywhere. It was also had internet which is a must now a days.

Second year renting this condo. Can’t beat the view and quick access to the beach. Right next to stairwell that leads to beach lockers and pool. Fun to watch the wildlife in dunes below the balcony as well (foxes, rabbits, and birds). Four out of five stars for property general condition since it includes amenities and the Braemar gameroom is not well maintained.
