The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a game room and a fitness center. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included..
Braemar Towers 1207 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the first bedroom and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. New Living Room furniture for 2025. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 Smart TV’s and free WIFI.
