Two bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on 13th floor, located on 109th Street. Has 1 queen, 2 fulls, and a queen sleep sofa. Full kitchen with dishwasher, new stove and microwave (April 2024), washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV’s, and 1 DVD player. No WiFi. Building has elevators, indoor & outdoor pools, kiddie pool, tennis courts, game room, gym, beach bar & grill (summer only), and more. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. $75 Registration Fee due at arrival to the Golden Sands complex. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or on the Condominium grounds, except where 2 designated smoking areas are identified. No pets. Sheets to bring: 2 queen, 2 full. Great Unit. Kitchen and baths need updating. Showers need caulking. There is a problem with the sliding door to patio as it came out of it's track during high winds.

The place was so outdated, the toilets are probably original to the building. They ran the entire time and were so weird. The place wasn’t awful just in desperate need of renovations. It was very roomy and had great potential. Love the condo building but the reservation/parking fee of $75 seems steep especially for a weekend stay. There was water stains dripping from the ceiling, from humidity or leaks in not sure. And it smelled awful. The cleaning people did not do a good job either. We had to clean all the dishes we used and the floors were filthy.
