Good location, plenty of room and parking

The place was very well kept great location. The unit was perfect for the family and friends that we had there, everyone had an awesome relaxing vacation. I hope to be renting there again beautiful view of the ocean from the top deck. Only bad part was we had to go home.

The house was perfect for a family vacation with kids. Check in was easy and convenient. Upon arrival the house was clean. The house had everything we needed, and the linen package just saves so much hassle. Great proximity to the beach and the pool is a bonus! The off street parking actually fit our SUV and pickup. Public parking was just a few feet up the road. The rental office was super helpful when we found ourselves in a bind.

My family has been staying at this property for our family vacation for the last three years. We are very happy here. The house is always clean and well maintained. The property management staff is great. They are always friendlym, courteous and helpful.
The house is great for families.

This property is perfect for a Ocean City experience! Plenty of room for a family or group of friends. The balconies provide for a constant view of all the goings on of the beach.

Love the location of the Townhouse. Only 2 minutes from the ocean.
Took the Ocean Expressway coming into OC main hwy and home was within one street off main drag. No waiting to check in. Rental agents were very friendly.

I really love this property for our family vacation. The house is always very clean and kept well. There are many nice touches that make you feel like you are at home. We have stayed at this property two years in a row and were happy to find that it is being maintained well. I also love the property management company. Very professional and courteous. Very important qualities when renting an OC property.

First of all, the staff at Century 21 is extremely helpful. I have rented various properties from various property management companies in Ocean City over the years. Century 21 is by far the most professional, the friendliest, and most helpful company that I have dealt with.
I was very happy with the property that I rented this year. The house is very nicely decorated with lots of beachy and homey touches. The kitchen is fully equipped (not that I cook when I am there Lol). Everything was in great condition. The house was very clean when we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time!
