Sea Watch 704 is a 2 bedroom den, two bathroom condo located on the 7th floor on the north side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 8 people. The owner pays for linens (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 8 people; includes delivery and pick-up). Parking: Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30 paid to Sea Watch at check in. This property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. CONTROL#0029121

The condo was very clean, and everyone that worked or stayed there were very nice. The view and the sound of the ocean was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to daily. The condo was terrific, the weather wasn't the best so it was great to play the games that were in the condo. I would refer this condo to family and friends. This has been the first time back to the beach since 2015, what a terrific time with my husband, kids, and granddaughter...thank you!

Our family has been going to the Sea Watch for 35 years & this was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in. The room was very clean, the closets were empty so you could use them ( most closets are stuffed with pillows & bedding & there is no room for clothes ), kitchen had enough storage for food & the bathrooms were updated. Overall a great room.

We always stay at the Sea Watch. Usually in the same unit. The building has the amenities and security that we like. The Staff at Century 21 New Horizons are always helpful and couldn’t be any nicer.
