This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom ocean block unit is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, fireplace, four flat-screen TV's, four DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of room with great quality, modern furniture. This unit has ceramic tile throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining room, and brand new furniture throughout. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Take a short walk to the beach, Boardwalk, and Jolly Rogers Amusement & Water Park. Parking for two cars. Limit of 8 people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, this property is available to rent for a 3-night minimum. The owner pays for linens for full week rentals only (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 8 people; includes delivery and pick-up). CONTROL#0066432

Mahalo 102 is our preferred spot to stay for a week in OCMD. Place is very clean. Perfect location block off the Boards with lots of close restuarants and activities within walking distance. Having Linens included for the weeks stay was a great bonus. Only thing that would make it perfect for us would be to allow our dog, who had to miss the beach vacation.

First time using Century 21 and very pleased.
Love the Mahalo building in the past, but with a different realty group that has changed names.
We love the views of both the ocean and bay from this building, (especially the 4th floor). The views were somewhat blocked from this unit since the trees have now grown taller than the first floor.
Other than the trees, loved the unit and will more than likely be back again next summer.

This unit worked well for my family of 7. The unit was clean, and it seemed more spacious than it did in the photos. The balcony is nice & long & right next to the pool. The location was perfect-right next to Happy Jack for breakfast, and a very short walk to the boardwalk & beach. It's also within walking distance of other restaurants & attractions outside of the boardwalk. Would definitely consider this unit if I visit OC again!

This unit was beautiful and perfect for our family. It was super clean and spacious. The balcony was huge and right next to the pool. We were close to many restaurants and could walk to all of them. Also close to mini golf, bike rentals and the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this unit to families. We have gone to Ocean City for many years and this is one of the best units we have stayed in there. Easy check in.
