Golden Surf 801

This was the 3rd straight year that my 2 sisters and I traveled from PA to stay in the Golden Surf 801 condo. The location is perfect, and the views are stunning. Even while sitting in the living and dining areas, it looks and feels like we're on a cruise ship. Everything is very clean, orderly, and tastefully decorated. We look forward to returning for the same week next year.

We have been staying at this Condo since 2010. Never get bored with it. It feels like home!! One more thing, the cleaning was exceptional this year!!!!

This was our 2nd consecutive year to stay at Golden Surf 801 for a week in September, and we're already planning for next year . The location and ocean-front/bay views are perfect. The unit is clean, comfortable and well-equipped! We also appreciate the staff at Century 21 New Horizons!

Have been renting this unit for many years, very nice condo on 8th floor with windows in every room looking north great oceanfront balcony
Only one complaint ice maker was removed from fridge a year ago be nice if they could replace that

Everything was so nice and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are jaw dropping and difficult to capture in pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very clean. We also appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Century 21 New Horizon

We have stayed in this unit for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. The location directly on the beach and in walking distance of many restaurants is perfect. Our only issue has been that two years in a row we were given our keys to check in and arrived at the condo to find that the cleaning company had not been there to clean the property. The management company did get someone there to do the job but it was definitely disappointing that we had to wait around until they were done after driving for hours to get there.

This condo was nicely renovated, clean & comfortable for 8 of us. Views are gorgeous. However, we missed having a pool to hang out at (our choice this time). Plenty of kitchen items to use. Would be nice if owner had a tv in middle room for guests and beach chairs to use as some rental do. Didn't necessarily like the mandated front-in parking due to pillars and harder to back out of. Plenty of places to eat nearby and short drives away.

Wonderful!!! We have styed here foe the last 3 years and couldn't be happier. The condo is excellently maintained and spotless when we arrive each year. I love dealing with Century 21. They are so accommodating in every way.

Our stay was wonderful, except for the nasty notes left by the HOA. Having been on an HOA committee, never in my wildest dreams would such rude threating notices be left. "Friendly reminder head in parking only and or Condo regulations change, please do not leave personal belongs on front porch/entry ways". Our family has been renting this condo off & on for the past 10 years and understand things change but there's no excuse for harsh, rude notices.

This is our favorite spot in Ocean City. This condo has been beautifully updated with all the amenities. Since it's an end unit, there are windows in every room for enjoying the ocean and bay views. I can't express how wonderful this spot is. We have stayed in this particular condo now for five years!
