Braemar Towers 1705

Unit 1705 was nice and bright and well equipped. I stay at the Braemar Towers and like the location on the beach with a pool and beach locker

This was our first time staying at Braemar 1705. The unit was very clean and the view had a great view of the ocean. The Century 21 staff was very friendly and explained everything very well. We will definitely be back next year.

My family and I had a terrific stay! The property location was great and very clean and comfortable. We would stay in this unit and building again and hope to be back soon!

1705 was clean and well stocked. The furnishings were nice. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have changed is the beds. The master had 2 queens and the 2nd bedroom had 1 twin and a full. 1 of the queens should be in the 2nd bedroom.

This was my husband and I first time staying here and we had a great time. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The century 21 management was very friendly and explained everything to us. We will definitely be back next year! We had a great vacation!

We had a great experience: clean, comfortable, well-decorated, & beautiful views of bay & ocean. It would be helpful to have direction to the microwave & a tv that works in the master bedroom.

Our family has stayed in Braemar 1705 for several years- never a disappointment! This location is perfect for us and the unit is very well equipped. It is a modern unit, very well kept, and has a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and bay. Unit 1705 is always very clean and has everything a guest would want or need for a vacation- even a locker with beach equipment and toys. The personnel of Century21 are always prepared for arrival and go the extra mile to make it a pleasure to work with them. Barbie is an excellent communicator! Braemar Towers are well kept and the common areas (hallways, lobby, pool area, outside areas, activity venues, etc.) are always very clean and well maintained. The location of Braemar is terrific for families, it is right on the beach!-and the Dollar Tree (just across the road) is great for incidentals and for kids to always get what they ‘need’(haha!). Definitely a perfect vacation rental!

Great vacation at Braemar towers. Beautiful views, great pool and out of the hub bub. Great management staff and cleaning crew. Unit 1705 could use some new living room furniture, but not a deal breaker. Comfortable beds.

It was a great experience - the condo was so cute & clean with lots of amenities and good location overlooking the beach. My only complaint is the roar of the air conditioning when on the balcony.

My family was very pleased with the space that we rented for our vacation. We need something very close to the beach due to our 3-month old. The view was fantastic and the room was very clean and welcoming. We also liked how close this place was from other beaches. Highly recommend!

Check in easy breezy. Condo is nicely decorated and super clean. Very comfortable. only negative (and it's not the owners' fault) if you're planning on sitting on the balcony, the airconditioning exchange vents on the building are very loud and after a short period of time, had to go back in to the condo because the vents were very distracting.

Our family has stayed at Braemar Towers for a number of years- and 1705 for the past 4. The owners make it an easy choice! The unit is clean and well kept, and it has everything needed for vacationers! The unit has had upgrades every year- it’s the perfect place for our family! Braemar Towers is a beautiful venue, a very well maintained location, and convenient to stores and attractions. The staff at Braemar and the rental agency are very courteous, knowledgeable, and make it a pleasure to be in OC!

We had a wonderful vacation at Braemar Towers 1705. The accommodations were wonderful and the fact that they had an elevator and carts to get our luggage upstairs was a godsend. The walk to the beach was easy (except for the deeper sand when you first get on the beach) and the pool was nice.

Loved our Braemar rental, very clean and comfortable. Beds were great and would highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for our family trip. The ‘extras’ in the unit made it ready, even when everyone wants to go to the beach, not the store! (beach supplies were perfect!). #1705 is an beautiful unit that has upgrades, everything in good working condition, and easy to relax in! We have stayed in that unit for the past two years- and would definitely stay there again. The pool is beautiful and well taken care of with plenty of chairs on the deck.
