Braemar Towers 1014 is a rare beauty - five bedroom, direct oceanfront condo located on 131st street in North Ocean City. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views throughout this gorgeous condo. It has an impressive living space on the top floor of the north tower - the expansive open floor plan includes a large living room, two steps up to a separate dining area surrounded by a breakfast bar, and an updated kitchen. Kitchen also has a stand alone commercial icemaker and a 132 can beverage refrigerator. 1014 Braemar Towers has a fantastic wrap around balcony that provides views that will take your breath away - you can enjoy the sunrise without having to leave the condo. Spend your days at the beach building sandcastles, swimming in the cool waves and when you've tired of the sand and surf, you can head up to the centrally located outdoor pool and sundeck. Additional building amenities available to guests include a game room, fitness room and tennis courts. If you need a respite after a long day, the condo furnishes six smart televisions with cable and MASN, plus internet service for your entertainment. Braemar Towers is close to a number of reputable restaurants in both North Ocean City and Fenwick Island, plus recreation at Northside Park and the Fenwick Island Amusements.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, the primary bedroom and 2nd bedrooms both have king beds, the third bedroom has a queen, the fourth bedroom has a single daybed with a pull out trundle, the fifth bedroom has a double and a single bed, and if needed, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A building registration fee of $75 (credit card or check only) is required when you arrive at the building - you will receive two assigned parking spaces.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
