Braemar Towers 1409 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the south tower, overlooking the pool. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. This condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 flat-screen TV’s, free WIFI, 1 DVD player, beach locker, and beach chairs. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle.
During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. During the off-season, there is a 3-night minimum. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!)

The rental was beautiful! The plce was super clean and it was obvious the cleaners took their time to make sure it was spotless. The Braemar crew worked diligently every day around the complex. However the washing machine was broken so, we had no way to do laundry while there. Disappointed in that never getting repaired.

We had a very nice stay at the Braemar! Century 21 New Horizon made booking, check in and check out a breeze, so easy to deal through! Our condo was nice with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. The view of the ocean and pool was great! Our biggest issues were no Wi-Fi in the condo and tv connection issues. Could only get the Roku stick to work, not the regular satellite tv. We love the Braemar and hope to return next year to a unit that offers Wi-Fi and less difficulty with tv controls. Our preference is a higher floor in the south tower over looking the pool area. Still, we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The condo was perfect, well stocked, clean & comfy. The board games and videos were a nice added extra - made a rainy weekend sunny!
A beautiful and welcoming condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful.
We loved the walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our relaxing getaway. We have stayed in this unit many times and have never been disappointed! We are already looking forward to next year!
