Bradley on the Bay 237 H, is a cute bayside condo located on the second floor. There is a large pool for your use overlooking the bay. This unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The bedroom has a full size bed, and pyramid bunk with a full on bottom and twin above. This unit sleeps 5. No pets and no smoking inside unit or on balcony. There is a designated smoking area that is posted on the premises. Boat dock is available for a fee on a first come first serve basis BOAT DOCK IS NOT GUARANTEED WITH RENTAL, CAN NOT BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. We had a great experience renting from Century 21 at Bradley on the Bay in Ocean City! Conveniently located a block from the beach. The rooms were clean when we came in. I highly recommend renting a condo here when you stay in Ocean City!

I enjoyed my stay. After vacationing for the last 10 years at OCMD and staying at different locations. This is a rental that I would rebook for future travels. We are a family of 4 and I enjoyed the location as well.
The location was great and the neighbors were great. The unit itself had a strange musty smell and felt very damp. Almost like they need a dehumidifier in the HVAC unit. Keypad on the door, but you still have to use a real key. Would be helpful to get the keypad working so a tenant doesn’t have to worry about losing a key. That way upon check out, you can just close up and leave and not have to drive back up to the office to return them.
