Enjoy your morning watching the sun rise from the private balcony facing the ocean. The Antigua has a heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, along with a relaxing his & her saunas. This beautiful direct oceanfront condo includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen, dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, cable, free fast WIFI, and central air conditioning. Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, direct ocean view with private access to the balcony. Primary bedroom also includes a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Across the hall you will find the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. This full size bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, and sink. Sleeps 6, No pets, NO smoking in the condo or balcony. There is parking for one car. A second parking pass can be obtained Monday thru Thursday on a first come first serve basis. There is a $50 building registration fee (credit card only), that is to be paid at management office of Antigua . The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Great beach front location. Condo needs a little updating. Just the very basics supplied in the kitchen. We actually had to bring our own bar height, folding chairs and table for the balcony as there were 4 of us and only 2 chairs and 1 table were provided. We always spend a lot of time hanging out on the balcony. We would definitely rent again just for the location and the view.

The people at Century 21 were great and helped us with many of the problems with the unit. Problems started with the door lock not working then the sliding screen door didn’t work then part of the stove didn’t work. The other problem was that the internet didn’t work. To top it off, we could not use the pool because of broken glass issues. As I said earlier, Century 21 people were great but the owner of the unit did a poor job of maintaining the unit. Will probably not stay there again.
