Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!!
Braemar Towers 309 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the north tower, facing Northern Ocean City. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WIFI. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 vehicle. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. CONTROL#0054767
Parking for 1 vehicle. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee for reservations up to a week (Credit cards accepted, NO CASH). If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit cards accepted, NO CASH).

We have been renting the same unit for the last 8 years due to its great location, fits all our needs as far as having a pool and a gym which is an added plus. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was this year it was Sat to sat rental instead of the Friday to Friday which we got used to because it gave us more family time together. Our daughters could get Friday off and come down and stay till Monday now that it has changed we don't get as much time together.We noticed right away how the hallways were redone and it looks wonderful.

The unit was very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We'd stay here again if the owner replaced the twin and double mattresses as they were very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great trip!

Condo was very nice. Pool was nice. Beds in one bedroom super hard and noisy, but ok. Excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Loved having laundry in unit. Linen service was excellent. Towels were big and fluffy!

Great location and roomy unit with an ocean view and convenient dune crossings to the beach. This was the best equipped kitchen we’ve experienced in a rental. This unit was well furnished and had easy access to the pool deck and arcade. The convenience of a trash shoot and fully furnished storage unit was a bonus. This condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie board for our use. We really appreciated having the linens supplied. Only drawback was the morning wake up calls due to city trash trucks just below the unit between 7:30 & 8:30.

Very nice, roomy condo just steps from the beach. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Lovely views of the ocean and beach from the balcony. We would definitely rent again.
Terrific views. Location worked well for our needs on a very busy weekend. Surprised to see Braemar pool closed already. Condo definitely could have been cleaner with regard to obvious dust build up in vents and mold in masterbath/shower. Beds in second bedroom very noisy and hard.
