Irene 802

We've stayed in this condo for several years and always have a relaxed, enjoyable stay.

As others have noted the condo is in need of some maintenence. All small things that the avg. homeowner would take care of on their own if they lived there. The number of small things that need repair is an inconveniece but will not hamper your stay.

I do also question the quality of the cleaning service. This year when we came, it was obvious that the bathroom sink tops were not clean. If the easiest job in the bathroom wasn't done, then I was sure that the rest of the bathroom was just as bad. I bought my own supplies and cleaned the condo. As I was staying 2 weeks I preferred to know that we had bathrooms that were clean. If we stay again, I will pack cleaning supplies and plan on cleaning before we unload the car.

My family and I have stayed here for the past 3-4 years and have been very pleased. It's spacious, the view of the ocean is great and it's easy to access the beach. Unfortunately, the unit is starting to need some TLC. The carpet throughout the unit is filthy. It could use a deep steam cleaning as opposed to just vacuuming. The day of arrival we walked around the unit barefoot as we were getting settled for the week and our feet were black. We ended up wearings shoes at all times the remainder of the week. A towel rack in the master bathroom had fallen out of the wall prior to our arrival and was not repaired prior to our stay. The kitchen cabinet drawers are loose and uneven. The air vents were also caked with dust. The deck railing needs to be repainted as the paint was peeling. If the property receives a little TLC and gets back to the condition it was a few years ago, I'd consider staying here again.

Overall, excellent! We will stay there again. 3 issues, one towel hook in master bath came out, toilet appeared to be leaking a little in the back, and the front door had something attached to the bottom that became disconnected during our stay.

Condo is decorated nicely and is well equipped. There are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed over the winter, but otherwise its a very nice unit.

We were pleasantly surprised. The property preview was quite accurate. Clean,not too dated, well equipped. Other than a few pots, pillows, and a blanket, all below par, all else was wonderful.

My family has stayed here for the past few years and we consistently have a great time. The view is amazing and it’s great to be footsteps away from the beach!

Great location,and overall great unit. Relatively clean.Only one minor inconvenience,the 2nd bedroom doesn't have much circulation and was stuffy at night. We made due and slept in the living room. Even with this, we'd stay in this unit again

Wonderful trip. Clean and well stocked home. Beautiful artwork. Nice touches throughout. Loved having 2 balconies, 1 oceanfront, 1 Bayfront. Only disappointment was the large outdoor deck was unavailable for use as it was being refurbished. Should be beautiful once finished for the summer season.

Check in with Century and at the Irene were both quick ant easy. We used the Linen Rental and that was also painless and all the linens we needed for the week.

Irene 802 is a great rental! We’ve stayed here the past two years and have been very pleased. It’s clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to stay in and cook. The views of the ocean are also amazing! I look forward to staying here again!!

We have stayed at a few different condo facilities around the area where the Irene facility is located. This condo has been our favorite so far. It was so well stocked and beautifully decorated. I’m in love with the huge balcony for this unit.

Our rental was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Wonderful family vacation!
