Bahia Vista I 408

This property had everything and was absolutely beautiful. The wrap around balcony had gorgeous views of the bay, boats and sunsets. The description we read prior to booking was on point. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. We stayed a full week and the linen package that was included in our stay was a huge help. We also met the property manager and his family who were the nicest people. You could see they worked hard at keeping the property clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the flooring caused your feet to be quite dirty so wear slippers or socks! We would most definitely recommend this property to others!

Lovely, spacious condo with a great balcony to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay. Our only issue was the sand on the floors and a vacuum that wouldn't pick it up! The kitchen was supplied with practically anything you could possibly need for meal prep for a large family. The location, while on the water, was a few blocks from the beach. Parking was no problem, with roomy spaces, however two spaces don't seem like enough when you're renting a 4 BR condo.
All in all, it was a terrific trip...a pleasant place to stay, great views, and the weather cooperated most of the week. What more could we ask for?

This condo was very clean and spacious. We were very happy with our rental. The view of the bay is amazing. We were also happy with the size of the balcony, which wrapped around the side. We will definitely be back.

Only issue was the floor was quite dirty. The bottom of our feet were completely black within an hour.

Our family has been staying at the Bahia Vista for the past 8 years. Great location, all amenities, adequate room for our growing family and beautiful sunsets over the bay. Always a pleasure to be in OCMD.

We have stayed in this complex previously, but Unit 408 is by far the nicest and cleanest one we have ever rented. Not only in this complex but others as well, and we've been coming to OC for about 30years!

Loved the place. Okay, it was a little weird to have everything labeled - (what, where and how many) it was still a really great place.

This unit is incredibly beautiful and well maintained. Every guest in our party felt pampered and well rested when we departed. Four bedrooms/3 baths with an enormous great room and fully stocked kitchen. Unit's location made all Ocean City activities easily accessible - beach, boardwalk, mini and 18 hole golf, delish restaurants, shopping, local crabs, Assataegue Island for the wild ponies, And the sunsets off the enormous wrap around balcony are the best on the Bay - Our vacation was amazing!! Plus the property management company's customer service was outstanding throughout our entire rental process. We would highly recommend Bahia Vista unit 0408 for an incredible vacation.
