We had a great time. The place was spacious and clean and close to the beach.

The space and location were great, however the beds were very uncomfortable which took away from the trip never sleeping well. Would rent again if the owners got new mattresses!
Also the bunk bed is awkward to get in for younger kids and didn’t seem safe so we did not use, so factor one less bed in if you have little kids!

Very nice. Place was clean and a very nice atmosphere.

We enjoyed being close to the beach in this property. The condo was a bit dated and had some stains and rips in the furniture, but overall fine. We didn't spend all that much time indoors. Having linens and towels included was a plus. Our balcony was a great spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks from Northside Park. Can't say enough about property management company Century 21 New Horizon. Always responsive to my questions prior to arriving and called me when our property was ready for us to enter.

The condo was great. Everything was deep cleaned before our arrival. They provided towels, linens and pillows. We brought our own because we were unsure. It was enough room for 2 adults 3 teens and a 5 month old. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place was as described. Plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean.

Nice clean vacation rental. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Small TVs. Overall would stay there again.

The realtors were great! The place? Not so much. Arrived to find 2 bags of linens in the front hallway: we did not order linens. I called the realtor and told them- nothing was done, I put them in a closet and when we checked out I put them back in the front hallway . The kitchen counters and dining room table were not clean; I cleaned them. There were crumbs or something on the living room rug. I found the vaccine cleaner and vacuumed . Silverware in the drawers was dirty . The kitchen garbage container was dirty with food on the outside . Anywhere I have stayed before has always left a trash can liner in place and at least a half roll of toilet paper : zero here . Also if it’s expected that you’re going to clean he toilet etc when you leave, please leave some cleaning supplies: there were none. Very comfortable and clean bed in master ( the other half of the family had to cancel so idk how the other beds slept.) both bedrooms were nice and clean as well as both bathrooms. Adequate closet and dressers. The place smelled fine, none of the musty or cover up odors . The balcony was clean and very nice, but the patio sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. Washer and dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher worked great. No toaster oven though . Living room chairs were small - we are big tall people lol. The location is fabulous, nice beach access and excellent outdoor cleanup shower. Covered or uncovered parking was great. Elevator spacious and in good condition. Easy walk to dollar store, small grocery, and convenience store. We had a wonderful time

Amazing! We loved our time at Angelfish 104 and Century 21. From the first call to me making the reservation and calling back a few times with questions... Barbie and Paula were super friendly and helpful.

We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and caught a firework show a few streets down on the bay side.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking/ baking. All the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing! Loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer in the unit.

Super close to the beach and an easy walk there. The bar across the highway as super fun and has a bingo night on Thursdays.

We will be back for a future vacation and I've recommended to friends and family.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing is I would make the check in time earlier than 3:00 pm.

Perfect location, price was right!
