Braemar Towers 1707

Very nice 2 bedroom condo.
Everything you need when away from home.
Would definitely stay here again.

Check in is very easy, staff so nice! The unit was clean and stocked in the kitchen with most all needs! The bedrooms adequate for storage/closet space, 2 full baths allow for easy showering for families! The living room has plenty of sofa/chairs for relaxing. The balcony is great for views of the ocean and bay! So nice! Pool if you don’t want beach, workout room, game room for kids and ground level locker space for beach chairs. We Love it here! Cant wait til next year!

The Braemar unit 1707 is a very nice unit. Plenty of comfortable seating, kitchen fully stocked, access to the beach locker, private parking under the building, owner provides the linen package for your stay.

Check in smooth and easy! Condo was furnished and supplied with everything needed! Our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable at this unit! We hope to continue renting this for years to come!

Braemar unit 1707 is a lovely condo. Comfortable seating arrangement, fully stocked kitchen, owner pays for the linen service which includes bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths for 6 along with the bed linens for the king bed, 2 twin beds, and the queen sleep sofa. Having a beach locker is convenient for storing your beach chairs and beach toys. The only issue we had was with the parking permit. This unit has a deeded assigned parking spot under the building. At the time of check in, we were issued a general parking pass, thus resulting in a parking citation for parking in the general lot instead of our assigned parking spot. After going to the Braemar management office to straighten the parking permit/parking citation issue out, we were issued the correct assigned parking permit for our unit for the remaining of our stay.

I love that there are closets for renters to use (some units the closets are locked with private owner items inside). There is plenty of comfortable seating and not overly decorated with nick nacks (especially when you have small children). A nice view from your private balcony of the beach, bay, and pool area. The Braemar is close to shopping, restaurants, North Side Park all within walking distance. A plus is that check in is located on site so you don’t have to drive elsewhere to get your keys. When it is time to check out, you just drop your keys and passes off in the lock box downstairs at the office. Very convenient.
